Abstract of Juris Doctor dissertation: Preventing crimes of infringement upon social order in Southeastern Provinces

The dissertation aims at clarifying theoretical perquisites thought reasoning about criminal prevention and evaluating practice of preventing crimes of infringement upon social order and security in the Southeastern provinces of Vietnam, and proposing solutions for strengthened prevention of crimes of infringement upon social order and security in the Southeastern provinces of Vietnam.
