Applying micro-teaching to develop content competence for geography pre-service teachers

This article reports a study on applying micro-teaching to develop content competencies for Geography pre-service teachers in the High School Geography teaching methods module. The study applied an experimental design. The results have demonstrated the effectiveness of microteaching for the development of teaching competencies for Geography pre-service teachers.
