This study was conducted to create awareness towards FDI in agricultural retail sector. The study was conducted in two districts of Haryana state namely, Hisar and Sonipat and a total no. of two hundred forty respondents were selected and interviewed with the help of well-structured schedule. The study revealed that majority of the respondents were of middle age group (36-50 years), educated up to post graduate, belonged to a nuclear family up to five members, performed farming and other than farming had land holding up to 5 acres.
