Building criterias for assessing the role of instructional leadership of lower secondary principal meeting well with Vietnamese educational innovation

The article aims to develop criteria to evaluate the instructional leadership role of the principals of secondary schools in response to educational innovation. The criteria developed include: Determining the vision for teaching activities; Developing programs and directing teaching activities; Creating conditions to promote teaching activities; Motivation for teaching activities; Encourage the application of ICT in teaching.
