Crowdfunding: A potential fintech business model for capital mobilization of start-up businesses

The article generalizes the basic theories of financial technology (Fintech) and the Fintech ecosystem as well as the main activities of Fintech, including crowdfunding. In addition, the article analyzes the situation of capital mobilization for startups in which crowdfunding is one of the potential forms. From there, the author offers suggestions to improve and enhance the role of crowdfunding in the capital mobilization activities of Startup businesses.
