Design hetero-nanojunction of RGO/α-Fe2O3 nanofibers for ethanol gas sensor

In this study, the RGO-loaded α-Fe2O3 NFs were synthesized by the electrospinning method. Accordingly, the characterizations of as-prepared NFs were clearly analyzed. The ethanol gas sensing properties of the sensor based on RGO-loaded α-Fe2O3 NFs were investigated in detail.
