Development of modified QuEChERS methodology coupled with RP-HPLC for quantification of various insecticides in rice grains

A method of reverse phase-high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was standardized and developed coupled with modified UV-VIS detection system was standardized for simultaneous determination of residues of imidacloprid, carbofuran, chlorantraniliprole, fipronil, malathion, chloropyriphos and cypermethrin in rice grains. Extraction and clean-up process was done by modified QuEChERS method.
