High-quality human resources for the semiconductor design industry in Vietnam: Current situation and development orientation

This paper focuses on analyzing the relationship between training, technological environment, and government support in shaping the quality of human resources in the semiconductor design industry in Vietnam. Survey data were collected from 180 employees working at enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City, a key area for hightech development.
