- 1 minute – ecommerce definition “ Ecommerce is the sales and purchases of products and services through electronic means and communication networks, especially computer and internet” + Horizontal (businesses management) : Ecommerce includes all or some business activities including marketing (M), sales (S), distribution (D) and payment (P) through electronic means and communication networks + Vertical (macro management): Ecommerce includes Infrastructure for Ecommerce (I) Electronic messages (M) Basic rules (B) Specific rules (S) Application (A)
