The differential diagnosis of endometrial stromal tumor (EST) and uterine cellular leiomyoma (CL) remains a challenge in clinical practice, especially low grade endometrial stromal sarcoma (ESS) and CL, suggesting the need for novel immunomarkers panels for differential diagnosis.
