The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of quality components of distribution services on the customer satisfaction of Unilever Vietnam. The theoretical model developed by Vo Quoc Huy (2012) is adapted from the model of Parasuraman et al. (1988), with the survey respondents being distributors in the modern sales channel.
