Luminescence temperature anti-quenching in CdSe/CdS core/shell and CdSe/CdS/ZnS core/double-shell nanostructures

In this study, the LTAQ phenomenon is investigated for CdSe bare-cores, CdSe/CdS core/shell and CdSe/CdS/ZnS core/double shell nanostructures prepared using the hot injection method. To eliminate the influence of the ligands used during preparation, the NC samples were purified prior to the investigation of their characteristics.
