Phd. thesis abtract: Law on land allocation for investment in commercial housing construction

The purpose of the thesis research is to clarify theoretical and practical issues about land allocation legislation for investment in construction of commercial housing. Assess the status of law and law enforcement process on land allocation for commercial housing construction. From that point of view, proposing solutions to perfect the law and improve the effectiveness of the implementation of the law on land allocation for investment in the construction of commercial houses.
