Production performance of Namakkal Quail in Nagapattinam District, India

A study was conducted to evaluate the production performance and adaptability of Namakkal quail in Nagapattinam coastal agroclimatic zone. As a part of Front line demonstration 2018-2019, 400 numbers of day old Japanese quail chicks were purchased from VC & RI, Orathanadu and distributed to the beneficiaries of Nagapattinam district.
