Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục đích so sánh hiệu quả thụ tinh và tạo phôi của tinh trùng đông lạnh với 3 nguồn trứng khác nhau: trứng tươi thu từ chọc hút hỗ trợ siêu âm trên bò cái (gọi tắt là trứng siêu âm), trứng tươi thu từ chọc hút buồng trứng thu từ lò mổ (gọi tắt là trứng lò mổ) trứng đông lạnh (nguồn trứng tươi chọc hút từ buồng trứng lò mổ được nuôi trưởng thành và đông lạnh). Các trứng tươi (từ lò mổ hay từ siêu âm) được nuôi trưởng thành trước khi thụ tinh....

Ngudn tning dugc sir dung thudng thupc 1 trong 3 loai: tning tuoi thu tu bd cai hd trg sieu am, tning<br /> tuoi thu tir chpc hiit budng trimg Id md, hay ngudn tning da tmdng thanh ddng lanh. Ngudn tinh triing dugc sii<br /> dung la tinh triing ddng lanh. The<br /> oocytes used in embryo production usually were those fresh derived from cows ultrasound guided follicle<br /> aspiration, fresh oocytes derived from ovary aspiration or cryopreserved. This research aimed to compare<br /> efficiency of bovine embryo production by in vitro fertilization of fresh oocytes derived from ulfrasound<br /> guided follicle aspiration (abbreviation: ultrasounded oocytes), fresh oocytes derived from ovary aspiration<br /> (abbreviation: slaughter-house oocytes), and cryopreserved oocytes (good grade oocytes derived from ovary<br /> aspiration were cryopreserved, and thawed before use). Cryopreserved sperms were used to inseminate<br /> oocytes. Efficiency infertilization was based on ratio of 2-cell embryo formed. Efficiency of embryo<br /> development was based on ratio of 8-cell embryos, morula embryos, and blastocysts. The results showed that<br /> highest efficiency of infertilization was of ultrasounded oocytes with cryopreserved sperms, and lowest of<br /> cryopreserved oocytes.
