Some recommendations to accelerate applying the principle and methodology of competency based education and training (CBET) in Vietnam Maritime University

This paper analyzes the necessity to establish the principles and methodology of Competency - based Education and Training (CBET) in Vietnam. The author also gives some recommendations for implementing those principles and methodology in Vietnam Maritime University.
