Status of alternaria leaf spot of bottle gourd [Lagenaria siceraria (Molina) Standl.] in Temperate Kashmir

Alternaria leaf spot of bottle gourd is one of the most important diseases of bottle gourd [Lagenaria siceraria (Molina) Standl.]. The present study was, therefore, carried out to know the status of the disease in Kashmir valley. The disease was found prevalent in all the vegetable growing areas of Kashmir valley surveyed.
