The current situation of professional learning communities of EFL teachers at tertiary education in Hanoi, Vietnam

The purpose of this paper is to present an overview of the theories currently available about professional learning communities and provide some background information about the characteristics of professional learning communities of EFL teachers at tertiary education in a specific context in Vietnam.
