The determination of optimal capital structure for an enterprise in Vietnam

The purpose of determination of optimal capital structure is to reach the firm value maximization . Optimal capital structure relates to specific level of capital structure which results in the maximization of firm value. This study has applied the Cost-of-Capital Approach (COC Approach) with the aim of construction of optimal capital structure for the business Nhon Trach 2 Petroleum Power Joint Stock Company. The purpose of this study is to lay the foundation for the reaching optimal capital structure for listed power joint stock companies in the Vietnam security market.
