The relationship between cognitive style and commitment to the strategic planning in public organizations

The purpose of this research is to investigate a compilation model of employee individual characteristics towards plan commitment in public organizations. To achieve this, we propose a novel conceptual model that explains the relationship between cognitive style and commitment to strategic planning on Jordan ministry of interior.
