CEO stands for the chief excutive officer. It means that the highest leader in the company or the excutive director. So what are the necessary qualities to be come a competent leader. In your opinion, what are qualities of the CEO? Huong: I think, to become a good leader we need to have the Self- confidence and consistency. (tam nhjn xa) A true leader must always understand himself and believe in his abilities. This confidence is formed from the practice skills in work; accumulating extensive knowledge together with the available smart. Besides, they are known as a cognitive, learning person from others. And, consistency is also very important when a set can have differences of opinions and perspectives. A strong leader should be steadily in his decisions.
