To explore the clinical value of tumor abnormal protein (TAP) in the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of prostate cancer. Methods This study enrolled a total of 265 patients who underwent prostate biopsy procedures from December 2017. TAP levels were assayed in their blood samples using a validated TAP testing kit.

Intestinal Malrotation is congenital that complicates 1 in every 200 births. It results from abnormal fixation and rotation of the gut tube during fetal development. It is usually asymptomatic and most cases are diagnosed during childhood and the condition is seldom seen in adults. Also, it can present as an incidental finding in imaging or patients undergoing laparotomy for other reasons.

Colposcopic examination with biopsy is the standard procedure for referrals with abnormal cervical cancer screening results; however, the decision to biopsy is controvertible. Having a predictive model may help to improve high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion or worse (HSIL+) predictions which could reduce unnecessary testing and protecting women from unnecessary harm.

The objective of the current experiment was to investigate the various semen characteristics of two indigenous breeds of chicken namely Nicobari and Ankleshwar, as such data were not yet reported. Freshly ejaculated semen samples were collected from twenty breeder roosters of each breed and subjected to physical and biochemical analysis. Immediately after collection, the semen volume of individual birds was recorded using tuberculin syringe and further analysed for seminal motility, concentration and percentage of live, dead and abnormal spermatozoa using standard procedures.

Diabetic foot is one of the most feared complications of diabetes and is the leading cause of hospitalization in diabetic patients. Diabetic patients have a lifetime risk as high as 25% for developing into foot ulceration.
