Study of performance of ISO 14001 environmental management system in manufacturing facilities in India: resource based view and natural resource based view perspectives

India is one of the top ten countries in the world in adoption of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS). Taking Resource Based View (RBV) and Natural Resource Based View (NRBV) theoretical lens, this study has been conducted on 144 manufacturing facilities in India.
