The experiment was conducted during rainy season of the year 2018 at M.S. Swaminathan School of Agriculture, Centurion University of Technology and Management, Paralakhemundi, Odisha. This study attempted to investigate the potential of growing spinach using different hydroponics systems. For the cultivation of leafy vegetables, two different Hydroponic structures were designed like A-Frame hydroponics system and elevated trays hydroponics system. Three different types of growing media were used i.e. sawdust, coco peat and sterilized absorbent cotton.

Observations were conducted to reveal the vegetative and floral characters in Gliricidia sepium in the School of Forestry and Environment, Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Science, Allahabad situated at 250 28′N latitude and 810 55′E longitude. Analysis of variance for the characters under observation revealed significant differences for leaf bud swell, leaf bud burst, leafing, senescence, flower bud development stages, anthesis timing, and anther dehiscence. The emergence of new leaves and their development continued up to second week of June.

The study was conducted at Forest Nursery of Research Centre (School of Forestry and Environment) of Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences, Allahabad. The cost of production of ETP was estimated to give a clear picture on poplar nursery. The present market rate was taken for costs of fertilizers and other inputs and rupees per hectare is the unit. The viability of investment made in rising Populus deltoides ETPs increase with increase in size of the nursery.

The field experiment was conducted during summer season of 2018 at the Bagusala Farm of MS Swaminathan School of Agriculture, Centurion University of Technology and Management, Gajapathi district, Paralakhemundi, Odisha (84.18’N longitude and 18.80’ E latitude). The mean minimum and maximum temperatures were 210C and 310C respectively. The soil at the experimental site is sandy loam in texture.
