In this paper, with the simulated signal data set obtained at the linear antenna array (ULA), the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) network model is used to estimate the DOA. The performance of the method is evaluated based on the RMSE parameter and compared with MUSIC, DNN algorithms in different cases such as: deviation of incident angle of radiation sources, signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).

Nội dung của bài viết này trình bày giải pháp hiệu quả cải thiện độ chính xác của định vị trong nhà, dựa trên góc tới AOA( Angle Of Arrival) kết hợp với bộ lọc Kalman đã được đề xuất. Giải pháp này có thể cải thiện độ chính xác cho bài toán định vị nguồn phát trong môi trường trong nhà so với phương pháp AOA truyền thống. Hai kịch bản được tạo ra để kiểm tra hiệu suất của giải pháp đề xuất. Kịch bản thứ nhất môi trường truyền dẫn tồn tại đường LOS ( Line Of Sight) và NLOS, kịch bản thứ hai môi trường truyền dẫn chỉ tồn tại các đường NLOS(Non - Line Of Sight) do các đường LOS bị suy giảm.

A common approach to estimating node positions is direct mea- surement or triangulation against landmarks in the immediate one- hop vicinity. Active Badge [24] relies on the closest infrared re- ceiver to locate specialized beacons carried by tracked assets. RADAR [19] relies on a centralized database of signal fingerprints from land- marks obtained at all locations and orientations to localize a node. Lorincz andWelsh [14] propose a similar RF fingerprint-based node localization technique that relies on strength signatures and a dis- tributed database.
