To assess the value of routine ultrasound (US) imaging and histopathological results of ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy (US-CNB) of abnormal cervical lymphadenopathy. This study aimed to screen for cognitive impairment using the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) scale in patients with vascular risk factors, such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, and obesity.
