This study has investi-gated the hollows considering the variable of its profile size, length and thickness. The boundary condition used the free-fixed configuration to convince the critical loads occurred from axial compression.

BOUNDARY BEHAVIOR OF LEADERS ORGANIZATION: DEFINITION AND SCALE DEVELOPMENT My test of parental valuations requires data describing the distribution of peer groups and outcomes across schools within housing markets that differ in the amount of Tiebout choice. I describe first my measure of market structure, defined over district-level enrollment.

In this paper we introduce a method for partial description of the Poisson boundary for a certain class of groups acting on a segment. As an application we find among the groups of subexponential growth those that admit nonconstant bounded harmonic functions with respect to some symmetric (infinitely supported) measure µ of finite entropy H(µ). This implies that the entropy h(µ) of the corresponding random walk is (finite and) positive. As another application we exhibit certain discontinuity for the recurrence property of random walks. ...

SEMILINEAR PROBLEMS WITH BOUNDED NONLINEAR TERM MARTIN SCHECHTER Received 17 August 2004 We solve boundary value problems for elliptic semilinear equations in which no asymptotic behavior is prescribed for the nonlinear term. 1. Introduction Many authors (beginning with Landesman and Lazer [1]) have studied resonance problems for semilinear elliptic partial differential equations of the form −∆u − λ u = f (x,u) in Ω, u = 0 on ∂Ω, (1.1) where Ω is a smooth bounded domain in Rn , λ is an eigenvalue of the linear problem −∆u = λu in Ω, u = 0 on ∂Ω, (1.
