Từ đó cho thấy, các yếu tố cụ thể có mức độ ảnh hưởng như thế nào đến sự thành công của dự án đầu tư xây dựng, do tập đoàn TNG Holdings đầu tư tại tp HCM; phân tích thực trạng doanh nghiệp trên cơ sở các yếu tố ảnh hưởng, đề ra giải pháp để nâng cao sự thành công cho các dự án đầu tư xây dựng do tập đoàn TNG Holdings làm chủ đầu tư.

This study focuses on measuring and analyzing the impact of business risk factors on the profitability of construction enterprises in Vietnam in recent years. Multivariate linear regression method is used to measure the impact of business risk factors based on the financial statement data set of 60 medium and large construction enterprises listed on the Vietnamese stock market from 2018 to 2023.

The primary objective of the research is to develop a balanced scorecard framework for construction contractors and measu re performance of contractors using that framework. The results of the questionnaire survey carried out and follow-up interviews conducted among 34 senior managers in Melbourne revealed that the above performance measurement framework is appropriate to use in a contracting organisation. The respondents perceive that the process management perspective measurement is more desirable than others.
