Controlling of the motor parameters

In this paper, we propose a system using fuzzy PID controller, STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller, ESP8266 wifi module to monitor DC motor speed and some parameters to evaluate the quality of the system through web server. System simulation on Matlab-Simulink confirms the effectiveness of this controller.

In this paper, we propose a simple-yet-efficient adaptive control method for accurate tracking-control problems of DC motors. Structure of the controller is designed based on a Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) control framework. For significantly improving quality of the control system, a nonlinear-spatial adaptation law is proposed to reasonably adjust the control parameters based on information of the control error acquired.

In this paper, the system with the Schneider-ATV310, a Siemens-PLC S7-1200 connected via Modbus RTU to controlled and supervised an 1HP 3 phases motor. The next part was referred to theoretical of Modbus RTU protocol and specify of ATV310 Modbus function. After that, the paper would be presented technique to setup the communication between PLC S7-1200 and ATV310 Drive via Modbus to control, supervise parameters shown on the SCADA monitor. The conclusion and future work will be present in the last part of this paper.

A laboratory test-rig for groundnut planter was developed for testing and calibrating the pneumatic seed metering mechanism. The experimental test rig mainly consists of main frame, seed hopper, seed metering system, power transmission system and sticky belt system. The metering unit is incorporated with a vertical seed plate held in a vacuum retaining chamber to singulate the seeds. A dial type vacuum gauge was provided in order to record the variation in suction pressure. A sticky belt was used to simulate the field surface during laboratory investigation.

Weed management is a tedious task, especially in organic crop production, as synthetic herbicides are prohibited and manual weeding is relatively expensive or unavailable. However, mechanical weed control is one of the options that can be implemented by growers to control weeds but the main challenge to both practical farmers and researchers is the selective control of the intra-row weeds. Diabetic neuropathy is the most common complication and greatest source of morbidity and mortality in diabetic patients. Thirty male and female patients with painful diabetic neuropathy and abnormal results from nerve conduction studies participated in this study. Their ages ranged from 45 to 60 years with a mean of 52.1 ± SD 4.7 years. This article has presented an adaptive fuzzy controller for permanent magnet synchronous motor. The rotor speed estimation based on reduced-order extended kalman filter (reduced-order EKF). The sensor less algorithm controls have implemented by very high speed integrated circuit hardware description language (VHDL). The simulation work is performed by MATLAB/Simulink and ModelSim co-simulation mode. The simulation results shown that the motor’s speed has good dynamic performance and isn’t sensitive to the parameter variations.
