  • In this paper the components of tourism infrastructure were investigated by considering the supply chain management effects. One of the most important components of tourism infrastructure is the hotel industry. In recent years, the quantity of means of collective placement in the Republic of Tatarstan increased. In the republic, means of placement of almost all categories are presented, among them there are also representatives of such large hotel chains as Hilton, Marriott, ark Inn, Ramada, Ibis. The food industry is also an integral part of tourism infrastructure of the region.

  • This article aims to describe the degree of loss in the environmental category of the local vocabularies in the northeastern language of Thailand or Isan dialect by using the concept of language change and language loss. This research collects the data from 20 words derived from the northeastern dictionary and obtained from an interviewers who are native and expertise of Isan language and cultures. The vocabularies data will be questioned with 60 teenagers in Isan people in the northeastern region in male and female.

  • This study aimed at finding out whether the English textbooks under the National Foreign Languages Project (commonly known as Project 2020, or NFL) implemented in high schools include intercultural elements and help students in improving students’ ICC. The framework by Chao (2011) was used to analyze and categorize the content of the textbooks into different cultural categories. The results of the study indicate that textbook compilers integrated cultural information from various sources including intercultural interactions in the textbook series.

  • Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. ciceris is a ubiquitous seed and soil borne pathogen in several crops. It survives in the soil without host from several years. To manage the wilt pathogen is such as a difficult in crop management. The rhizobacteria as grouped under two categories by the cultural, morphological and biochemical characters.   • Alternaria blight of mustard caused by Alternaria brassicae (Berk.) Sacc., is one of the major diseases of Indian mustard [Brassica juncea (L.) Czern & Coss.]. Among the eight tested media for growth of A. brassicae, Mustard leaf extract was recorded as most suitable for growth and sporulation in all the 20 isolates of A. brassicae. This was followed by Potato dextrose agar and Cabbage leaf extract medium. The maximum mycelial growth of 88.3 mm was recorded in Mustard leaf extract after 12 days of inoculation. The isolates were grouped into 4 categories based on growth and sporulation.

  • In this study, oocytes were recovered from 200 numbers of goats’ ovaries from different slaughterhouses for subsequent use in-vitro maturation, enucleation, reconstruction and embryo culture to produce cloned embryos. The collected oocytes were classified into three categories (Grade A, B and C) based on their appearance of homogenous granular ooplasm and layers of cumulus cells surrounding oocytes under a stereozoom microscope. The average oocyte recovery, In-vitro maturation and the enucleation rates were found to be 3.36 per ovary, 60.37 per cent and 75.52 per cent respectively.

  • The laboratory experiment was conducted at RARI, Durgapura during rabi 2017 to find out the toxicity of insecticides, bio-pesticides & plant product against H. armigera were reared on gram leaves and pods as well as on artificial diets. The nucleus culture of H. armigera was maintained in the laboratory under controlled conditions (26 _+2°C and 80 +- 5 percent RH).
