In this paper the components of tourism infrastructure were investigated by considering the supply chain management effects. One of the most important components of tourism infrastructure is the hotel industry. In recent years, the quantity of means of collective placement in the Republic of Tatarstan increased. In the republic, means of placement of almost all categories are presented, among them there are also representatives of such large hotel chains as Hilton, Marriott, ark Inn, Ramada, Ibis. The food industry is also an integral part of tourism infrastructure of the region.

This study was intended to examine the cultural elements presented in Compact Preliminary For School book published by Cambridge University Press in 2013. The research was a quantitative method, conducted to give a brief account of how culture was treated according to the checklist designed by Cortazzi and Jin (1999). The checklist focuses on the kind of cultural elements given to various countries and cultural categories in the book.

This article aims to describe the degree of loss in the environmental category of the local vocabularies in the northeastern language of Thailand or Isan dialect by using the concept of language change and language loss. This research collects the data from 20 words derived from the northeastern dictionary and obtained from an interviewers who are native and expertise of Isan language and cultures. The vocabularies data will be questioned with 60 teenagers in Isan people in the northeastern region in male and female.

The article aims to explore the status of the use of local vocabulary in the vegetable section of the northeastern region in Thailand. Use the concept of language change and language loss. This research collects data from 20 words derived from the northeastern dictionary and obtained from an interviewer who tells the language of Isan people. By using the vocabulary data to inquire with the northeastern people in the northeastern region of 60 people, divided into male and female groups of 30 people, aged between 16-20 years.

The main purposes of the this study are: To examine the state of references to different cultural groups and cultural categories presented in the reading passages of the textbook English 12; to find out the learners‟ attitudes and expectations on cultural contents in the textbook English 12 and their culture learning at Phuc Tho high school; to give some pedagogical implications that may raise students‟ cultural awareness and hope to contribute some possitive changes in teaching and learning English in the current context at Phuc Tho High school.

This study aimed at finding out whether the English textbooks under the National Foreign Languages Project (commonly known as Project 2020, or NFL) implemented in high schools include intercultural elements and help students in improving students’ ICC. The framework by Chao (2011) was used to analyze and categorize the content of the textbooks into different cultural categories. The results of the study indicate that textbook compilers integrated cultural information from various sources including intercultural interactions in the textbook series.

Eight isolates of Fusarium solani incident of dry root-rot in sweet orange were studied for its cultural and morphological variability. The F. solani isolates, AFs, JFs, SFs, BFs, GFs, PFs, AmFs and GhFs grow more than 90 mm after 7 days of inoculation and considered as fast growing category.

Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. ciceris is a ubiquitous seed and soil borne pathogen in several crops. It survives in the soil without host from several years. To manage the wilt pathogen is such as a difficult in crop management. The rhizobacteria as grouped under two categories by the cultural, morphological and biochemical characters. Ten isolates (CPs1 to CPs9) were identified as Pseudomonas sp. by medium to strong production of KOH, HCN production and siderophore synthesis.

Alternaria blight of mustard caused by Alternaria brassicae (Berk.) Sacc., is one of the major diseases of Indian mustard [Brassica juncea (L.) Czern & Coss.]. Among the eight tested media for growth of A. brassicae, Mustard leaf extract was recorded as most suitable for growth and sporulation in all the 20 isolates of A. brassicae. This was followed by Potato dextrose agar and Cabbage leaf extract medium. The maximum mycelial growth of 88.3 mm was recorded in Mustard leaf extract after 12 days of inoculation. The isolates were grouped into 4 categories based on growth and sporulation.

In this study, oocytes were recovered from 200 numbers of goats’ ovaries from different slaughterhouses for subsequent use in-vitro maturation, enucleation, reconstruction and embryo culture to produce cloned embryos. The collected oocytes were classified into three categories (Grade A, B and C) based on their appearance of homogenous granular ooplasm and layers of cumulus cells surrounding oocytes under a stereozoom microscope. The average oocyte recovery, In-vitro maturation and the enucleation rates were found to be 3.36 per ovary, 60.37 per cent and 75.52 per cent respectively.

Invasive aspergillosis has increased considerably in recent years; this serious infection was primarily described in severely immunocompromised patients and patients with moderate levels of immune suppression. We conducted this study on 85 patients admitted to the chest department and chest ICU with severe exacerbations of chronic lung diseases in the period from April 2018 to April 2019. The laboratory experiment was conducted at RARI, Durgapura during rabi 2017 to find out the toxicity of insecticides, bio-pesticides & plant product against H. armigera were reared on gram leaves and pods as well as on artificial diets. The nucleus culture of H. armigera was maintained in the laboratory under controlled conditions (26 _+2°C and 80 +- 5 percent RH). The 12 days old larvae of H. armigera use as a test insect by residue film method for bioassay.
