In this paper, we investigated the factors influencing the adoption of electric motorcycles in two major cities, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang. A paper-based questionnaire was proposed. Through data analysis based on established measurement standards, we identified positive and negative factors affecting the use of electric motorcycles.

A finite element model using a multi-fiber approach is proposed in this paper for the analysis of reinforced concrete (RC) members using fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) reinforcements, with a specific focus on the effect of pure torsion. A Knowledge-based Decision Support System (KB-DSS) based on a multi-stage Fuzzy Logic Controller (MS-FLC) is developed for traffic congestion management on expressways.
