Diagnosis and recommendation integrated system

We propose a computational framework for integrating diverse patient measurements into an aggregate health score and applying it to patient stability prediction. We mapped retrospective patient data from the Multiparameter Intelligent Monitoring in Intensive Care (MIMIC) II clinical database into a discrete multidimensional space, which was searched for measurement combinations and trends relevant to patient outcomes of interest.

All default electronic health record and drug reference database vendor drug-dose alerting recommendations (single dose, daily dose, dose frequency, and dose duration) were silently turned on in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department areas for pediatric-only and nonpediatric-only populations.

Diagnosis and recommendation integrated system (DRIS) norms were computed from the data on leaf mineral composition, soil available nutrients, and corresponding mean fruit yield of three years (2016–2019), collected from the set of 50 irrigated commercial ‘Dashehari’ mango orchards, representing 2 locations and 3 basalt derived soil orders (Entisols, Inceptisols, and Vertisols) rich in smectite minerals.

A survey was conducted during 2017-18 to study the leaf nutrient norms using Diagnosis and Recommendation Integrated System (DRIS) for Byadgi chilli crop in three district of north Karnataka. A total of 175 locations were selected and index chilli leaf samples were collected at peak flowering stage. These samples were analysed for nutrients to establish the data bank. The whole population of study area was divided into low and high yielding categories taking chilli yield of 8.50 q/ha as cut off level.

In present study a reliable data bank of nutrient concentration versus fruit yield was established from survey of litchi orchards grown in lower Himalayas (Uttarakhand, India). By using mean and standard deviation, five foliar diagnostic norms were derived as deficient, low, optimum, high and excess for each nutrient of both fruiting terminals (FT) and non-fruiting terminals (NFT) based on the principle of diagnosis and recommendation integrated system (DRIS).
