The Sapsaree is a breed of dog (Canis familiaris) native to Korea, which became perilously close to extinction in the mid-1980s. However, with systematic genetic conservation and restoration efforts, this breed was rescued from extinction and population sizes have been gradually increasing over the past few decades.

The raccoon dog (Nyctereutes procyonoides) was recorded for the first time in Turkey on May 10, 2019, and June 5, 2019, in the same location after 4668 nights of camera trapping in the forests of the Sarıkamış region and Allahuekber Mountains in eastern Turkey. It was recorded in a Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) forest at 2340 m above sea level with extensive snow cover. Given that the nearest known population is in the forests of Georgia approximately 105 km away, there may already be a viable population in Turkey.

The investigation on some important neurological parameters as diagnostic and prognostic indicators in spinal disorders in dogs was undertaken at Teaching Veterinary Clinical Complex, Nagpur Veterinary College, Nagpur during December 2015 to July 2018 on 53 dogs reported for the complaints of posterior paresis and hind quarter weakness. The dogs were subjected to clinical and neurological examinations and neurological grading was undertaken. All the dogs were treated according to their ailments by conservative management or the surgical interventions.

This practice highlight the importance of F. religiosa as this tree not only releases plenty of Oxygen but also supports a number of birds and other insects by way of providing food and shelter. The research on neurological examination for diagnosis of spinal disorders in dogs was undertaken at the College Hospital of Nagpur Veterinary College, Nagpur during 2015 to 2018 on fifty-two clinical cases of dogs with the aim to study efficacy of individual neurological tests in diagnosing the cases of spinal affections. The dogs were treated either by medicinal treatment or surgery.
