Effective properties

Silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) with a size of around 9 nm were fabricated and quantified through fluorescence quenching of rhodamine B (RhB). A series of solutions composed of RhB with various concentrations of Ag NPs ranging from 0.09 pM to 0.98 pM were prepared, and optical properties were investigated by absorption and fluorescence spectroscopies.

This study aims to contribute to the development of a GaN/Ga2O3 diode that can be utilized in high-power device applications. The simulated device is calibrated against experimental GaN and Ga2O3 diodes, considering the effect of thickness of GaN layer and its doping concentration on the performance of GaN/Ga2O3 diodes. The band structures of devices are investigated to revial which factors that affect the properties of GaN/Ga2O3 diode.

Natural products have been gaining popularity in recent years as a safe skin-safe alternative solution to synthetic products on the market. In particular, natural ingredients have been found to have skinwhitening properties by inhibiting melanin production and reducing hyperpigmentation.
