This study engaged in the measurement and calculation of hidden quality costs in a sound and scientific manner in order to find solutions to the problem and achieve the research objectives. Increase in the sales and profits and market share of the economic unit and satisfaction of the customer are achieved through the effective the management of these costs. A deductive approach was employed in the study and a number of conclusions were made from the analysis of the results.

This study examines the degree to which value-belief-norm framework in explaining engagement in sustainable green practices. Both pretests and posttests, along with survey questionnaires and interviews, were employed to assess changes in participants' pronunciation competency before and after the treatment.

This paper presents the findings of a quantitative study exploring non-English major students’ learning engagement in task-based language learning (TBLL) in the context of a university in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province. This study involved 200 non-English-major students in answering questionnaires. The SPSS software was employed to process the data. The findings revealed that non-English major students had a high level of learning engagement in TBLL.

The case study aims to examine the impacts of employing digital technology on student collaboration in an EFL class at a Vietnamese institution. The data was gathered via semistructured interviews with teacher and students, observations, and questionnaires. The findings analyzed from quantitative and qualitative data indicated that both teacher and students were using various digital technologies. Participants responded that they use digital technology to provide content, arrange class activities, upload and download materials, interact with peers, and participate in collaborative learning.

In Mexico, there has been a rise in Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) enrollments through platforms such as MexicoX. However, this rise in interest has not been accompanied by a corresponding increase in completion rates. This article examines the factors that influence Mexican learners’ retention rates and learner engagement to determine the extent to which a student´s profile can predict his or her ability to engage with and complete an xMOOC on energy and sustainability.

This study examined the stimulation of foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows through constant electricity power supply for economic growth in Nigeria, by engaging time series data sourced from the world development indicators (WDI) for the period 1986-2017 and employed the Autoregressive distribution lag econometric approach to co-integration. The gross domestic product growth rate per capita was the proxy for economic growth and the dependent variable, while the independent variables include FDI, labour force participation rate, gross fixed capital formation and electricity power supply.
