In order for Vietnam to enhance welfare gains from the integration, there has been analysis on impacts for Vietnam. Vietnamese government is expected to support firms with understanding about the EVFTA, market information on quality standards, labour and environmental requirements, building capacity to improve quality and value of exporting products including rice exports.

The domestic and international researches also relate to the topic researches, the author also address some the results of previous studies to provide the research topic. However, the perspectives of marketing competitiveness in the electronic chains stores and department stores in Hanoi, there are no researchs to analyze comprehensively the reality and theory, especially there are many changes of economy in Vietnam in the present.

The study finding helps us guide the RT operators on their marketing strategy formulation. Customers will benefit through enhanced knowledge regarding both core and augmented products associated with RT services. It is also expected that this work can be used as a reference material for RT managers to enhance competitiveness.

The study provides a comprehensive picture of the animal feed sector in Vietnam (both supply and demand side) upon data collected from 2 main surveys: feed mill survey investigating the supply side and producer survey investigating the demand side. The results show that, on the supply side, SMEs appear to have less competitiveness than large ones. That is reflected in some aspects such as higher production costs per kg output, using more labor, limited quality control, limited access to capital and land, and many small enterprises have losses.
