This research aims to prove the SMEs competency and business environment have to impact to performance, with motivation, as intervening. It uses SEM-PLS as a method in testing the hypothesis and quantitative with the explanatory method. To collect data, a questionnaire used for 100 SMEs taken as a sample in Bogor Regency. The result of this research is that only SMEs competency and motivation has a direct impact on performances, the business environment needs to be intervened by motivation.

The results and methods of the study "Influence of the global economy on evolution of national economy due to the entrepreneurial supply chain management" can be applied by economist to investigate issues of impact of global economy on national economies in various countries, including as part of entrepreneurial supply chain management of various levels. Results demonstrated that There is positive effect of competence on supply chain strategies as it is verified relationship competency of firm’s quality and efficiency orientation.

In other words, the indirect effect had shown that entrepreneurial motivation also significantly mediating in the relationship of family environment and entrepreneurial intention. Moreover, the entrepreneurial supply chain management competencies also positively and significantly moderated on the family support and entrepreneurial motivation. These findings could add a body of knowledge that could provide help to increase the future research. The research limitations were also discussed at the study end.

This paper provides a review of the relevant factors for achieving performance as an entrepreneur in the position of supply chain manager. Findings from recent literature suggests that at least five factors play a major role entrepreneurial supply chain management competence, namely innovation orientation, risk-taking characteristics, pro-activeness orientation, relational capital, and coordination capability.

Success, performance and growth of a SME are heavily dependent on the competencies of the entrepreneur. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to report an empirical research into the entrepreneurial competencies which determines the performance of the enterprises owned by women entrepreneurs. This study is hoped to bring new insight to the entrepreneurship literature, academicians and policymakers.
