In this paper, several IAA farming systems practiced in Vietnam are described, and their impacts are also reviewed. It is speculated that in developing countries like Vietnam, the IAA farming system should be targeted for support as a sustainable food safety model and a form of ecosystem-based technology to reduce environmental impacts, adapt to climate change, help avoid risks from market fluctuation, and increase incomes in comparison with monoculture farming.

This paper presents the long-term morphological changes of the sand spits at the Ken Inlet in Ha Tinh Province and Phan Inlet in Binh Thuan Province, Vietnam. The analysis results show that the sand spit morphology at Ken Inlet was drastically changed before the completion of the Da Bac sluice gate construction in 1992, after that the sand spit elongation rate became stable at a rate of about 68 meters per year.

This research uses decomposition analysis and the optimal structure analysis to evaluate the role of change in sectorial structure of gross domestic product in reducing carbon emission intensity in 10 OECD countries during 2010 - 2018. The data are adapted from the environmental account and social matrix account belonging to the database of OECD statistics. The decomposition analysis result shows that changes in GDP structure made the aggregate emission intensity in Denmark, Finland, and Slovak Republic increase, but made the indicator in other countries decrease.

This thesis examines the strategic and potentially legitimising nature of voluntary environmental reporting. First, the thesis examines the relationship between emission levels on the National Pollutant Inventory and the quantity of total voluntary environmental disclosures, voluntary emission disclosures and positive voluntary environmental disclosures in annual reports. Second, an examination of changes in the quantity of disclosures discussing compliance with the National Pollutant Inventory and/or disclosures concerning pollution emissions is undertaken.

The first part of the study performs an analysis of the two gambling companies; annual reports (1995-2009) to investigate the changing trend of the CSDs.

The aim of this study is to enhance biogas production from the organic fraction of municipal solid waste (OFMSW) and garden waste (GW) via pretreatment and codigestion. In order to achieve the aims of the study, two objectives have been developed and are outlined below: To investigate an optimum co-digestion mixture of OFMSW with untreated and pretreated GW; to investigate the effectiveness of different pretreatments on the potential for biogas production from GW and to identify the relationship between certain changes in GW characteristics and enhanced yield.

The objective of the project was to portray memories of the Millennium Drought period through the development of artworks and this was initially undertaken with a photoshoot in January 2014. The project marries fine art methodologies with digital media and contributes to contemporary art practices that re-imagine the ways that weather can impact the environment and inhabitants living on the land. The results indicate a statistically significant increase in extreme rainfall at the expense of light, moderate, and heavy rainfall over time. The only negative relationship is found in dry days. The most statistically significant trends exist in the 99th percentile, maximum, and R100 parameters with p-values of 0.07, 0.08, and 0.11, respectively

The sedimentary record confirmed that microplastics have been accumulating in these estuaries since the early 1950s, and their abundances have increased greatly in more recent years in response to the progressive urbanization of the watersheds and intensification of land uses. Our results highlight the role of salt marsh sediments as sinks for microplastics in the marine environment.
