The research plays a role in discovering factors affecting green banking activities, thereby contributing to raising customers’ awareness of green banking in the sustainable development of banking in Vietnam. In addition, the research serves as a basis for planners to set forth directions to increase awareness and social responsibility of the commercial banking system for environmental protection and combating climate change.

In this work, along with economic factors, considerable attention is paid to the assessment of human potential and the social component of the workforce. Unlike political, economic and investment factors, these elements are subject to changes in the short-run, and are engines of regional development and the most promising of its components. The purpose of the study is to develop a mechanism for assessing the level of regional development and identifying factors affecting this process.

This study determined the challenging learning experiences of engineering students while completing their degree program as factor that might influence to their changing attitude towards achieving higher academic performance. Mixed method of research was utilised in the study considering the total population of 75 graduating students for quantitative and 12 students for qualitative part of the study using focus group discussion.

This study aims to find out empirically the role of conflict resolution through societal change to promote SCP in food supply companies working in Baduy community in Kanekes Village, Leuwidamar District, Lebak Regency. Furthermore, the mediating role of conflict management and social equilibrium was also examined. In this direction social change is considered as an important factor to promote SCP. This study used a quantitative research approach based on the survey questionnaire. For this purpose, data were collected from the employees of food supply companies working in Baduy community.

Ostomy has become a common therapy for treating gastrointestinal diseases such as colorectal cancer. Patients with ostomy experience many problems including appearance change, uncontrolled discharge and odour, sexual dysfunction, decreased social functioning, and difficulties taking care of themselves. This study aimed to survey the level of psychological adjustment and to determine factors associated with the level of psychological adjustment in patients with ostomies.
