The research objective is identify factors affecting organization engagement in textile enterprises and the relationship between engagement and work-family conflict. Survey data was collected from 250 workers at textile enterprises in Dong Thap province of Vietnam.

The Sp family is a family of transcription factors that bind to cis-elements in the promoter regions of various genes. Regulation of transcription by Sp proteins is based on interactions between a GC-rich binding site (GGGCGG) in DNA and C-terminal zinc finger motifs in the proteins. A marked pH-dependent interaction with F-actin is an important property of typical members of the actin depolymerizing factor (ADF)/cofilin family of abundant actin-binding proteins. Double-stranded RNA-activated protein kinase (PKR), a serine/threonine kinase, is activated in virus-infected cells and acts as an antiviral machinery of type I interferons. Eos is a zinc finger transcription factor of the Ikaros family. It binds typical GGGAA Ikaros recognition sites in DNA and functions as a transcriptional repressor. Here we show that Eos associates with the corepressor C-terminal-binding protein (CtBP). CtBP has previously been shown to bind Pro-X-Asp-Leu-Ser (PXDLS) motifs in several DNA-binding proteins.
