Family Sphecidae

Aim of the research: The project is aimed to yield the composition and distribution of solitary wasps of the family Sphecidae in several provinces of the northwest part of Vietnam, new species to science and new species to Vietnam, and addition of some new biological, ecological, and behavioral characteristics of the mud dauber wasp S. madraspatanum. These results will be scientific base to next studies on the family Sphecida in the future.
