  • The present study entitled “Constraints regarding Skill Training of the rural beneficiaries of Dhenkanal district of Odisha” was undertaken with a view to study the different types of problem confronted by the rural beneficiaries with respect to the training provided. Analysis of the training was done in the context of topic selected, need assessment, development of training modules, use of training methods, conductance of training, feedback mechanism to find out the effectiveness of training as well as constraints perceived by the farmers related to training programmes.

  • This is an exploratory study through which the researcher conducted the research based on survey research design to find out the existing practices of providing feedbacks and perceptions of faculties in developing writing through multiple drafts and critical comments at B.Ed. level. Fifty respondents were selected from constituent and affiliated colleges as informants adopting purposive non-random sampling procedure to collect data. Questionnaire and informal interview were administered as tools to elicit the data for this study.

  • In this paper, we investigated the genres of learning objects (LOs) within eight e-learning courses that provide boating safety instruction in the United States. Guided by findings from our literature review, five genres of LOs emerged during the analysis, including interactive and non-interactive graphics, interactive and non-interactive animations, and interactive text feedback. We surveyed the use of each genre of LOs within the courses and found that more non-interactive LOs than interactive LOs were adopted.
