Finalizing design specifications

In order to assist students step by step to apply a new method of calculating planar mechanism kinematics, this article will detail the steps of applying the transformation matrix to analyze kinematics of one specific planar mechanism. Finally, the article presents the graphs of location, velocity, and acceleration obtained from a program written in MatLab programming language.

The experiment was conducted in Horticulture Garden of Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur (U.P.) during the year 2016-2017. The experiment was carried out in Factorial Randomized Block Design with sixteen treatments. The treatments were comprised of combination of four levels of both the micronutrients i.e., Boron (0 %, 0.2 %, 0.3 % and 0.4 %) and Zinc (0 %, 0.4 %, 0.5 % and 0.6 %). Overall, there were sixteen treatment combinations randomly allotted to different plots.

Lung cancer is one of the quickest and most fatal diseases and is divided into two types: small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Approximately 50% of NSCLC patients harbour mutations in the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) gene, spanning from exon 18 to exon 21, which are responsible for the tyrosine kinase domain of the EGFR protein. Currently, gefitinib and erlotinib are two drugs inhibiting EGFR which are used in the treatment of lung cancer. The indication for use of these drugs depends on the mutation status of EGFR.

Ebola virus is a deadly causative agent with a high mortality rate of up to 90%, therefore it has been classified by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as a category A biological agent. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommended using RT-PCR based assays to rapidly detect the virus. In the present study, we established an in-house assay for detection of Zaire ebolavirus via real-time RT-PCR. The nucleotide sequence of the Zaire ebolavirus nucleoprotein (NP) gene was retrieved from the Genbank for designing primer pairs and probes using Primer Express 3.0 software.

Most existing anaphora resolution algorithms are designed to account only for anaphors with NP-antecedents. This paper describes an algorithm for the resolution of discourse deictic anaphors, which constitute a large percentage of anaphors in spoken dialogues. The success of the resolution is dependent on the classification of all pronouns and demonstratives into individual, discourse deictic and vague anaphora. Finally, the empirical results of the application of the algorithm to a corpus of spoken dialogues are presented. spoken language cannot succeed without taking this into account.

This paper discusses the structure and components of databases for real-world e-commerce systems. We first present an integrated 8-process value chain needed by the e-commerce system and its associated data in each stage of the value chain. We then discuss logical components of a typical e-commerce database system.
