Interactions between Trichoderma harzianum strains and some soilborne plant pathogens (Gaeumannomyces graminis var. tritici, Fusarium culmorum and F. moniliforme) were studied on PDA medium. All T. harzianum strains tested produced a metabolite that inhibited growth of plant pathogenic fungi on PDA medium.
