This research explores the relationship between corporate governance factors, including Board duality, board gender, board size, board independence, and the capital structure of Vietnam listed companies. The research collects data of 199 listed companies in Vietnam from 2016 to 2021 from fiscal year financial statement from HNX and HOSE index and use 1188 observations in total.

In this study, we assessed the validity and measurement invariance of the Turkish adaptation of the Student Personal Perception of Classroom Climate Scale (SPPCC) developed in English (US). Confirmatory factor analyses (CFA) and measurement invariance (MI) analyses by sex were performed on 629 students’ data. CFA results confirmed the factorial structure of the SPPCC.

This study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) to create a path model which shows the relationship between all factors related to student loyalty. The results from this study revealed that student satisfaction is the most important factors that influence student loyalty, followed by image of university and student commitment. Analysis based on gender shows that female student model have a same pattern with overall student loyalty model but the male student loyalty model is simpler just consist student satisfaction.

The current study purpose is to examine the mediating impact of gender in the relationship of leadership and supply chain management of textile industry in Indonesia. For this purpose, the data was collected from the 350 middle managers by using a simple random sampling technique which yield a 50 percent response rate. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of the study has shown that leadership has a positive and significant relationship with the supply chain management and gender.

This study aims to investigate how nematodes’ communities variables such as diversity, sex and feeding structure alter in different 5 layers of sediment deep profile of the river bed. Our studies found for the first time that nematodes’ communities not only stay on 10 cm first layers but they can contribute until 50 cm deep in the sediment profile of the river bed.

The pandemic has the potential to reduce gender gap in entrepreneurship by altering structural business dynamics. This study tires to measure the job satisfaction level of managers working in saving and credit cooperative societies in Pokhara. It specially, ranks the managers' feelings about the general factors related to job satisfaction. It also considers gender, work experience and remuneration in relation to job satisfaction.
