  • Globalization has forced many countries to rely on one another for products and services which they are unable to source locally. More so, trade is used as the channel to procure those. South Africa and China share very close relations which are boosted by South Africa’s neo-liberal policy, and its membership of the BRICS bloc. Often, this relationship has been subjected to different interpretations leading to the inability to reach a consensus on South Africa’s intention and exact benefits from neo-liberalization and membership of BRICS bloc.

  • Castor is a non-edible oilseed crop, primarily grown for oil containing an unusual hydroxy fatty acid and ricinoleic acid (80–90%) of the total fatty acids. Commercial exploitation of heterosis in castor was successful in India due to the development of stable pistillate lines from a dominant and epistatic “S” type pistillate source. Diversification of pistillate sources using NES and other new sources necessitated the need for identification of diverse male combiners among the existing pool of male combiners.

  • In this paper we propose a new method to manage secure group using binomial key tree approach. We show that number of encryptions performed and rekey messages constructed during membership change are less compared to the scheme proposed by Wong and others. In our scheme, it is not required to balance the tree after membership change.

  • In this paper, we proposed a novel Efficient Geographic Multicast Protocol (EGMP). A network wide zone-based bidirectional tree is used to achieve efficient membership management and multicast delivery. In Efficient EGMP an efficient distributed algorithm is used, that support dynamic changes to the multicast group during tree building and allows overlapping join/leave operations.

  • Whatever the debate about its nature and causes, almost all observers would agree that inner-city poverty is multidimensional, extraordinarily complex, and difficult to under- stand. Various disciplines and policy frameworks give rise to very different notions of poverty and of its sources. To economists, it is an issue of labor markets, productivity, incentives, human capital, and choice. Sociologists and anthropologists tend to emphasize social status and relations, behavior, and culture. For social psychologists, the issues may include self-image, group membership, and attitudes.

  • We investigate the connection between part of speech (POS) distribution and content in language. We define POS blocks to be groups of parts of speech. We hypothesise that there exists a directly proportional relation between the frequency of POS blocks and their content salience. We also hypothesise that the class membership of the parts of speech within such blocks reflects the content load of the blocks, on the basis that open class parts of speech are more content-bearing than closed class parts of speech.
