This study was carried out to calculate and design the mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical control systems of a CVT test bench. With the initially designed test bench simulated, it is possible to evaluate the characteristic quantities controlling the transmission ratio of the gearbox such as the pressure acting on the pulleys, the force acting on the belt, the torque at axes corresponding to different load modes vary from 2kW to 6 kW.

This study presents a force control approach for an EHA system using a combination of a feedforward-based PID (FPID) controller and a grey predictor (GP), shortened as grey predictor-based feedforward PID Controller (GPFPID). The FPID controller is used to drive the system to desired targets. Meanwhile, the GP predictor takes part in estimating the output in the near future to optimize the controller parameters in advance and to create a compensating control signal corresponding to the system perturbations, consequently, improving the control performance.

The dilemma to the tractor manufacturer is which lower link to sense or averaging of the lower link sensed forces is the way out. This paper presents the significance of averaging the lower link forces since it prevents from the ambiguity to the controller.

This paper determines a suitable opening angle of the hydraulic support legs of M46-130 mm self-propelled artillery. It is a combination of M46-130 mm field gun, mounted on KrAZ-255B 6x6 military truck chassis. Based on results of investigating the changes of forces and moments acting on artillery system in static condition when changing the opening angle of hydraulic support legs at critical fire angles, a suitable angle is selected at ψ = 400 and γ = 200 . From that angle, this paper shows a table consists of geometric parameters, forces and moments acting on system.

The distribution of lateral hydraulic forces within the core row is estimated based on a two-dimensional Computational Fluid Dynamics model with porous media, assuming symmetric or asymmetric core inlet and outlet flow profiles. The influence of the creep rate on the bow amplitude is tested based on different creep models for guide tubes and fuel rods. Different FA initial states are considered: fresh FAs or FAs with higher burnup, which may be initially straight or exhibit an initial bow from previous cycles.

(bq) beginning with the simplest of machines — the lever — the text proceeds to discussions of the block and tackle (pulleys and hoists), wheel and axle, the inclined plane and the wedge, the screw, and different types of gears (simple, spur, bevel, herringbone, spiral, worm, etc.). a chapter on the concept of work discusses the measurement of work, friction, and efficiency; this is followed by investigations of power, force, and pressure, with explanations of the uses of scales, balances, gauges, and barometers.

Practically every industrial process requires objects to be moved, manipulated or be subjected to some form of force. This is generally accomplished by means of electrical equipment (such as motors or solenoids), or via devices driven by air (pneumatics) or liquids (hydraulics).
