In recent times, the crime rate is increasing in the society, and the maintaining of criminal records is becoming essential by locating and tracking each case through latent fingerprint identification along with the imperative of finding the intensity and wavelength via Aggregation Induced Emission (AIE). To meet these demands, we have designed a novel AIE based electron withdrawing moiety such as 2-(4- fluorophenyl)-3H-benzocoumarin.

The first is a sceptical view towards the power of the religious ethics in converting man to be more moral, arguing that, though religions have been with mankind for so long, with the teachings of all religions being for the practices of good deeds and harmony/concord, crime and violence are still increasing. Meanwhile, the others hold the view that the values of religious ethics and morals in the behaviours within the family and in the society do remain.

Total public spending on lighting crime can be reduced, while keeping the mathematically expected punishment unchanged, by offsetting a cut in expenditures on catching criminals with a sufficient increase in the punish- ment to those convicted. However, risk-preferring individuals are more deterred from crime by a higher probability of conviction than by severe punishments.

Casual car theft, such as those committed by joyriding juveniles, still exists but has become a lesser part of the auto theft problem. Increasingly, car theft is a sophisticated criminal enterprise that involves title fraud, vehicle identification cloning, and stripping cars for parts in “chop shops.” The domestic and international black market for stolen vehicles and their parts is a profitable business. Vehicle identification cloning helps facilitate the crime of dealing in stolen vehicles.

This growing industry also has impacts beyond revenue losses to industry and national governments. For example, the links between intellectual property theft, organised crime (NCIS, 2005; Union des Fabricants, 2004; OCTF, 2006) and terrorism (Noble, 2003; Ranger and Wiencek, 2002) are increasingly well-established. Counterfeiting offers criminals a lucrative market with a relatively low risk of detection and minimal penalties for those convicted.

The role of legal intervention with the aim of protecting the consumer has come in for scrutiny in a number of seminal works, many of which concentrate upon the role of consumer law in the marketplace. The role of criminal law has also been discussed by a large number of leading commentators, with particular attention being paid to the boundaries of criminal sanctions, and particular concern being addressed to increasing criminalisation.

The compensation or return theoretically due to or actually gained by a country’s citizens when a country’s resources such as oil or forests are exploited for export has always depended on complex social institutions, property rights and power relations. In an era of increasing trade, investment and financial liberalisation, the relationship between the exploitation of resources and the accrual of benefits to poor citizens is even more difficult.

The rise in interstate banking, in particular, fueled competition both among state regulators and between state regulators and the OCC. Mergers of banks with different state charters caused the amount of bank assets supervised by some state regulators to decline, and the amount supervised by other state regulators to increase commensurately.22 Similarly, mergers between state-chartered and national banks caused assess- ment revenues and supervisory burden to shift between state regulators and the OCC.
