Studies on engineering properties of variety JK 41 Kodo (Paspalum scrobiculatum L.) was conduct at 12 and 14 % moisture content wet basis (w.b). The average length, width, thickness, size and sphericity of Kodo millet at 12% moisture content (w.b) were 2.69 mm, 2.02 mm, 1.31 mm, 1.92 mm and 71.68 % respectively. However, the average values of length, width, thickness, size and sphericity of Kodo millet at 14% moisture content (w.b) were 2.80 mm, 2.39 mm, 1.39 mm, 2.09 mm, and 74.76% respectively.

In this paper, we propose a Learnable Model for Anomaly Detection (LMAD), as an ensemble real-time intrusion detection model using incremental supervised machine learning techniques. Such techniques are utilized to detect new attacks. The proposed model is based on making use of two different machine learning techniques, namely, decision trees and attributional rules classifiers.

We present a language model consisting of a collection of costed bidirectional finite state automata associated with the head words of phrases. The model is suitable for incremental application of lexical associations in a dynamic programming search for optimal dependency tree derivations. We also present a model and algorithm for machine translation involving optimal "tiling" of a dependency tree with entries of a costed bilingual lexicon. Experimental results are reported comparing methods for assigning cost functions to these models.

We propose a generative model based on Temporal Restricted Boltzmann Machines for transition based dependency parsing. The parse tree is built incrementally using a shiftreduce parse and an RBM is used to model each decision step. The RBM at the current time step induces latent features with the help of temporal connections to the relevant previous steps which provide context information. Our parser achieves labeled and unlabeled attachment scores of 88.72% and 91.65% respectively, which compare well with similar previous models and the state-of-the-art. ...

This paper describes a novel technique for incorporating syntactic knowledge into phrasebased machine translation through incremental syntactic parsing. Bottom-up and topdown parsers typically require a completed string as input.
