This study is to determine the influence of Growth Need Strength [GNS] between overall life satisfaction and job satisfaction among SRN’s. Data were collected through survey using questionnaire. This study employed stratified random sampling involving a total of 390 nurses at selected general hospitals. This paper presents experimental results on the influence of printing directions on the strength of 3D printed concrete (3DPC) using materials available in Vietnam. The experimental results show that the printing direction has a significant influence on the strength of 3DPC with and without fiber, in which the X-direction printing samples has the lowest strength, only about 30-40% of the compressive strength and 20-30% of the flexural strength of the casted samples.

The performance of carbon fiber (CF)ereinforced thermoplastic composites is influenced by the interfacial adhesion strength of the fiber and thermoplastic matrix. In this study, the electrophoretic coating of silane-grafted polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) particles on the CF surface was used to quantitatively control the interfacial adhesion between the CF and PPS matrix.

An experimental study on compressive strength of mortar mixes containing different amounts of rice husk ash (5, 10, 20%) has been investigated. The impact of different elevated temperatures (150, 300, 450, 750o C) on mortar strength is also examined. The experiments found that RHA can be used in its untreated form up to 10% as cementitious replacement without detriment of mortar compressive strength. Furthermore, the addition of RHA improves the resistance of mortars at high temperatures excepting to the ones with replacement ratio of 20%.

The impact of different rice husk ash contents (5, 10, 20%) on mortar strength is examined at different elevated temperatures (150, 300, 450, 750oC). Based on a 45 experimental result data set, three machine learning algorithms including the Artificial Neural Network (ANN), the Least Squares Support Vector Regression (LS-SVR) and the Multivariate Adaptive Regression Splines (MARS) have been used to model the functional relationship between the mixture components and the compressive strength.

Steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) is a multiple-composite material developed during the early 1970s. In SFRC, short steel fibers are randomly distributed in concrete. Steel fibers can prevent the development of micro-cracks inside the concrete and reduce the expansion and development of the macro-cracks, thus enhance mechanical performance of SFRC. However, there is lack of studies on the influence of flowability of fresh SFRC on the steel fiber distribution patterns and mechanical properties of hardened SFRC.
